The Smoothie
Rejuvinate your skin and clear your mind in preparation for your pending arrival. The Smoothie will exfoliate your skin oh-so-gently (but effectively) followed by the most moisturizing massage to hydrate and elasticise your skin. This treatment begins with a coconut foot bath, lower leg exfoliation and massage followed by the Post Bloom full body massage. After you have had the chance to relax and unwind, your journey continues for a 30 minute infrared sauna. This treatment is not only relaxing but extremely detoxifying.

Infrared Sauna Therapy
This is an ideal post natal treatment. Relax and unwind in our infrared sauna as it melts away the tension of urban life. As you relax in the gentle heat of the sauna your body is hard at work, producing sweat, releasing built up toxins and waste, pumping blood and burning calories. You'll feel rejuvenated and renewed, restored in both body and mind.

Herbal Body Wrap
This treatment is both a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. A blend of 27 select herbs and minerals are used to detoxify and tone your body and skin while wrapped. The moist warmth is soothing andaromatic. After about 60 minutes, the wraps come off to reveal smoother, softer, and a more slender looking version of you. For optimal results use in conjunction with the infrared sauna.
